Before Proceeding with Payment You Agree

To Remain set up for the entire length of show unless otherwise advised by the Sleepy Hollow Tarrytown Chamber of Commerce

Withdraw any material found objectionable to the Chamber or products that are exclusive to another vendor.

Sell only the products listed on the application.

LOCAL Businesses located in the village may be given an exclusivity
to sell certain items which will prohibit vendors
or crafters from selling these specific items

Indemnify, defend and hold harmless
the Sleepy Hollow Tarrytown Chamber of Commerce,
the Villages, their Police Departments,
its members, officers, employees, agents, and representatives
for all claims of bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury
including all consequential financial loss resulting therefrom as well as all legal expenses involved in handling such claims.

If applicable, collect and pay all municipal, state and federal taxes related to all sales made, hold a valid NYS Resale Number and provide
the Chamber with such resale number.

Vendors must provide
the Sleepy Hollow Tarrytown Chamber of Commerce with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance naming
the Sleepy Hollow Tarrytown Chamber, the Village of Sleepy Hollow or Tarrytown
and the Sleepy Hollow or Tarrytown Police Department additional insureds.(depending on which location and fair the vendor is participating in)

Food Vendors shall obtain and display any permits required by the Westchester County Dept. of Health.

All restaurants that serve alcohol must have
a street permit as well to sell on Main Street or Beeman Ave.
